Program Development Consultant
The Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) manages the Australian Government’s development assistance program in the Lao PDR. AusAID Vientiane is looking for a Human Resource Program Development Consultant to fill a short term position within the Education Team for up to six months. The consultant will manage design of a possible new human resource capacity development program. The position will be based at the Australian Embassy in Vientiane.
Are you interested?
Do you have:
• Tertiary qualifications in an area related to education, human resource development or program design and management;
• A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in program design, review, monitoring and evaluation in a developing country context, preferably in Laos;
• Effective management, planning and coordination skills;
• High level of English proficiency with excellent oral and written communication/consultation skills;
• An ability to develop and maintain a range of effective working relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders in Laos
