Travel Manager and Finance Officer
As Travel Manager
- Make travel arrangements and accommodation booking for staff including attached agencies;
- Provide advice to staff on travel and accommodation options and entitlements;
- Undertake market review of travel agencies at least once a year;
- Calculate advance and acquit travel allowance.
As Finance Officer
- Record and follow up all advances in SAP accounting system;
- Debt management;
- Prepare invoice;
- Check and file accounting documents;
- Assist and back-up Accounts Manager position;
- Other duties as required.
