Travel Manager and Finance Officer

As Travel Manager

  • Make travel arrangements and accommodation booking for staff including attached agencies;
  • Provide advice to staff on travel and accommodation options and entitlements;
  • Undertake market review of travel agencies at least once a year;
  • Calculate advance and acquit travel allowance.

As Finance Officer
 

  • Record and follow up all advances in SAP accounting system;
  • Debt management;
  • Prepare invoice;
  • Check and file accounting documents;
  • Assist and back-up Accounts Manager position;
  • Other duties as required.
